Indiaplaza.com — No refund

I had ordered for a memory card which was supposed to be shipped in 3 days, however on not receiving the same i found out from their customer care that it is out of stock.
i was advised to cancel the order and was promised refund in next 24 hours. however even after 10 days i havent received the memory card nor refund.
also the call center number is never available.
Indiaplaza is cheating their customers big time.
This seems to be a fraud website.
