Indiaplaza.com — Pathetic customer service and delayed shipment of products

I place an order in Indiaplaza.com on the 05-Dec-2012 (Order no. I[protected]). First they promised that the product would be shipped in 3 to 5 days. Then when I called them, they said is would be shipped "NO LATER THAN 13-Dec". When I followed up on 13 Dec afternoon, they confirmed it would be delivered. Then on 14-Dec I see that the website says now the shipping date is 15 Dec. By the time I called them they revised it to 17-Dec. Yesterday evening they said that it would be shipped for sure and today I would receive the AWB number. and today when I called them in the morning, they said it is now 24-Dec !!! The website still says 17-Dec. This portal is a hoax who is just making a lot of money from consumers and earning interest on it without working towards delivering the products. A mobile phone needs 19 days to ship ! and whats worse is it takes 12 days to process refund. So they are just making money by keeping my funds for a month and sleeping over it. I think all consumers should get together and file a case in consumer court forum and get this website closed once in for all ! It doesn't deserve to be working in the today's online shopping market. Totally Useless !
