Indiaplaza.com — Product not received

I booked two products with Indiaplaza.com on 27-Jan-2013. Currently I am in Australia and hence cannot visit their office physically. The order number for the same is : I[protected]
1) New Attractive Cottage Tent For Kids
2) Excellent Combo - 42 PCS Coloring Set with Educational English Learning Laptop - Kids/Childrens Toys

The second product was received in a week's time. However the first product is yet to be delivered. I tried reaching their customer care multiple times, but the only response that I get is that I am in the queue. So, I filed a complaint online with them:

Compalint number filed online with the same website: CNT[protected] on 04-Feb-2013.

But still there is no response whatsoever. Is there anyway that these guys realize the kind of mistake they are doing and get my product?
