Indiaplaza — Non-shipment of item ordered | |||
I have ordered one micromax mobile on 01.09.12 and paid the full amount online. In the Indiaplaza website it was displayed that the product will be delivered in 3 days. Till 5th they have not informed anything about the shipment of the product. Thereafter I raised a complaint ticket vide No.CNT[protected] for which they replied that it will be shipped on 12th. But again on 12th, when I enquired, it was informed to me that it will be dlivered by 14th. Today, on 15th, when I enquired further, no answer is coming up from their end. This is sheer waste of time and invitation of incalled trouble. Indiaplaza seems a fruad company, bogus character, unfriendly attitude etc. READERS Please do not buy any product from Indiaplaza.
