[Resolved]  Indiaplaza.com — Non Delivery of item

Beware of IndiaPlaza!!!!!!

Refer my order no. IN[protected] dated 29 Mar 11 at a cost of Rs 199/- which was paid through net banking for shipping to Allahabad. Now the trauma of email starts.......

Self (04 Apr): Please ship the product.
Customer Care Agent ID Dev (05 Apr): We deeply regret for the delay in shipping the order.We are checking the status of the order with our suppliers, please bear with us we will get back to you within 2 days with the exact status of the order.
Self (07 Apr): today is 07 Apr. Any update on despatch/courier details!!!!
Self (08 Apr): Status shows that item despatched through Regd post on 30 Mar 11 but not yet received by me
Self (09 Apr): No reply to my querry. Customer care no[protected] plays recorded message to send sms after typing CALL to [protected]. No call from your end.
Indiaplaza Agent jasmine (11 Apr): I apologize for the delay in delivery of the item Pain Relief Ankle Support. We are constantly following with our delivery partners to have the item delivered at the earliest. The details on the delivery will be updated to you by 13th April. Kindly bear with us till then.
Self (13 Apr): 13 Apr also gone. Two weeks passed and no positive outcome.
Self (15 Apr): Fortunately not a very big amount stuck with you. First and the last time tried a purchase from INDIAPLAZA. Never again repeat the mistake and probably advice colleagues/friends same. Very late in response to emails and a very, very poor service. Will you please refund the amount?
No reply till date................

Now, status of Order updated in IndiaPlaza site stating “Shipped On 14 Apr 11 vide Consignment No [protected] through Deccan360 Couriers”. I went to the courier site to track my consignment and found that it has been delivered at Calcutta (Park Street) 16 Apr 11 whereas my address is of Allahabad.

Still waiting for response from the India’s Largest Online Shopping Destination as claimed by IndiaPlaza.
