[Resolved] Indiatimes - Dining Plus — Wrong Details to Consumers | |||
I was contacted by the representative at India-Times on Feb02-2010 for the card which I accepted with the offer on the following grounds:- 1. The card is accepted at all malls such as Big Bazaar, Reliance and other outlets where major Grocery items can be purchased. I specifically agreed for the card for the fact that I can utilize at Big Bazaar where my major purchases happen. 2. I have received gift vouchers which has printed stating 31st Dec 2010 is the last date, I have received the card only on March 06, 2010. I was told by the representative that the vouchers are valid for a year from the date of receipt. On the above grounds, I spoke to the representatives at Diners Club and also the Representative at India-times and haven’t received any resolution to the above. They lure the customers by giving them wrong product information. Is it possible to get a resolution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
