[Resolved] Indiatimes Shopping — No proper Customer Service and no status about my ordered Product | |
Hi, I'm G. Ravi Krishna, a customer who ordered a product from the Indiatimes on 14th Dec, 2009. As per this, the amount of Rs5,140/- has been deducted from my account, Citibank Credit Card, on the same day. Till now I didn't get any status on my order and no body is telling me my Order number and shipment status. Am much disappointed with the Customer Service executives who are giving me utterly wrong information and false promises. I also sent as a mail from this same email id the Credit Card statement where the amount is mentioned. Wonder what kind of service they you providing to the customers. I've been calling to the Customer Care for continuously past 7 days and every time they are telling me that I would be getting a call before 7.30pm end of the day, and till now no body has turned up. I also tried to call the manager on the number "[protected]" but didn't get any response on this. Reference nos provided by the customer care executives are [protected] / [protected] Not sure whom to contact and what to tell them. Need help. Was this information helpful? | |
