to support Dear Sir /Madam, I have buy karbon A 21 mobile through Indiatimes Shopping. They send me a seal tampered box. when i write mail to him they were saying that if it damage then only they can replace it. why they send me seal tampered box. anyone can see easly that seal is broken, they laminate that box and send to me.Still i have not touched this mobile box, i am keeping this as i get same. I received it yesterday via courier (DELHIVERY: AWB No.:[protected]).
But when I opened the package, I found the seal for the box broken. anyone can see easily that seal is broken, they just laminate the box and send it to me. I haven't opened it yet. Please help me in this.
Also, on the other side there is some number written by a marker (image attached).
I called up the customer care and they registered the complaint (ID: 636951).
