My car KL-32-A- 5001 given to M/S. TVS service centre, Edappally ,EKM on 15. 2. 2012 but they partially completed my car and also noticed some heavy sound while turning both sides . For rectification of this sound same car is again send to TVS by a service supervisor / technician on 24. 02. 2012 and suggested for replace steering column but after completing work they informed me, key pairing required and vehicle send to RF motors on next day when I contact them. After all RF motors inspected the vehicle and they informed me immobilizer and ECU are damaged when I reach RF motors. I can't understand how these ECU and Immobilizer are damaged at the same time, this is due to improper, ignorant and careless handling of car. rf motors alappuzha — a lot of delay to get the vehicle
my name is sabu ,i have booked a car (tata indica vista ls tdi) from your outlet alappuzha in Kerala on 1/9/2011 and i have paid an advance of rs 5000 and balance payment of rs 197000 on 24/9/2011and the loan have been sanctioned at 23/9/2011. at the time of the advance payment the executive
mr. abariesh lal told i will get the car within four days that means 30/9/2011 on that date he call me and told that it will take some delay and the next date was 3/10/2011 on that date at morning i have made a call to him at that time he said me that the vehicle has sent to take the tp and he also said that he will bring the vehicle at evening to my house but i didnt get a any message from him at evening i once more call him at 6 pm and ask what happened then he says that there will be some more delay to get the vehicle "that is" he says the delay will be for two days and on this day 4/10/2011 he says that the vehicle will be ready to delivery on the coming 8/10/2011
i want to know why this type of misbehavior happening from your company staff and u must notice all the fault which was happened to me and give me the clarification
