This is Arun. iam a professor.my car met with an accident on a month of april.then i handed over all the problems to the service dealer.
But the service specialists are not able to identify the problem properly,we claimed several parts from insurance.After delivering i met my car with low pick up. Kindly take necessary actions....

My car KL-32-A- 5001 given to M/S. TVS service centre, Edappally ,EKM on 15. 2. 2012 but they partially completed my car and also noticed some heavy sound while turning both sides . For rectification of this sound same car is again send to TVS by a service supervisor / technician on 24. 02. 2012 and suggested for replace steering column but after completing work they informed me, key pairing required and vehicle send to RF motors on next...

we have purchased a new Indica vista on14July2011 from Dada motors Ludhiana.the bumper of the car has manufacturing defect they take the car to repair but they didn't changed it and said they have changed it.when we came to know we again went to them and they refused .and the water goes in the fog light and they also didn't change it also. And the next day we have purchased another same car in that they have given the duplicate...

This is S.N.Gupta from Pune,
I took a Test Drive of Tata India Vista at B.U. Bhandai motors Pashan Pune on 06-Feb-2010 ,
unfortunately there was some scratch came in bumper
and for that they took 10000 Rs check from me in advance against the damage,
and they told once the claim will be settled whatever the actual amount will be they will refund my money back,
but they charged 7250 Rs for the...
