indica vista — corporate discount not received

Dear sir ,

I had purchased Indica vista Regn. no. PB 12L 3213 FROM M/s Dada motors , Ludhiana on 30/04/09 in Exchange offer .since then they are not paying corporate discount of Rs. 8000 , as committed at the time of sale. I have visited their place & sent E mail so many times .They are saying they have not received discount money from M/s Tata motors , so they will not pay untill you pay them.

i purchesed i indica vista march 09 from fortune motorse (nerul-mumbai) since purchesed a car very 1st day start to problem,11 time repaired a car in yor woark shop at kandiwali mumbai.5 time chaneg clucph plate and cluch silender change,2time gear problem.3time ac broler change,2nd time shockabsever change,2nd time pover styring fail,dicky door rusted wth in 1 mansoon,many problem from milege,when i taken once fore repairing a car your workshop will taken more thane 1week,thats whay i face many problems im very disrb and nervse also.bcose of this car my family also very disturb
dear sir im very small person im buy this car on loan,im paying a stolment only but maximam time my car stay in your workshop
plz take me proper solution,
plz do not increase to go upper offcer or consumer cort.

indica vista — refunding money

dear sir/madam i have booked car to garyson motors ludhiana punjab on 1-7-11 i m not sure about the booking date but i have recipt which is not in my hand yet but due to some miss behaviour in the garyson motors and their slow service i purchase indica vista from dada motors on 3-7-11 now i want my money back from garyson motors but they are not listning me the person who take amount from me mr anil verma always when did i make call to him he always replies that my owner is out of station so i cant help u and from this whole week i m complaining daily but they are also not helping me they always promise me to help but they didnt so u tell me how can i take my cash back.
