[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Exploitation | |||
I been under the impression that Indigo is one of the good airlines after looking at their Counters and Staff members. But recently i had a bad experience with this airlines, Could never imagine that they could go to this extent. My Cousin had a flight from Mumbai to Jaipur. Inspite of making the Bookings one month back, Indigo airlines exploited my cousin. On the boarding time, they no updates any where, even after 30 mins of the scheduled time all the displays were showing "Security Check". the scheduled time was 7:50 but they boarded the flight at 8:40 without even updating any display boards. The flight was suppose to board at Gate 10 and they said they boarded the flight from Gate 9 to the pessengers who missed. I can never recommend such an airline. I alot of Pessenger missed that flight and as per their records, the Plain was full, it’s simple to understand they intentionally make the pessengers miss the flight and sold the same tickets for 10 times to the other customer. So beware of this Airlines as this can happen to you as well. We always had good experience with Go-Air , so i would certainly recommend that but NO Indigo Plz...
