[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Flight delay

I recently traveled on Goindigo flight HDVJAW -69894 from Mumbai to Delhi.

This flight was scheduled to leave at 5:40pm and arrive in Delhi at 8pm approximately. Just on the runaway, plane halts and after 30 mins of wait time - the casual attitude pilot with lot of AAHS in his sentence, declared that the breaks have failed so we cannot take off.

IN two hours of delay - there was a variety of excused given by the pilot. It began with brakes failure and ended at runaway issue.

There is certainly some lack of clarity in his thoughts let alone his flying.

Let me tell you the icing on the cake was your super rude and uncaring crew members. After waiting for 2 hours of delay, human beings tend to get hungry. So was I.

when I asked your crew member to serve food , she mentioned there is nothing in vegetarian as they did not stock enough veg food. After a rude argument, she got me a soggy cucumber and tomato sandwich which is not worth my patience and money.

And as soon as flight took of there was food all over the flight veg + non. veg

The fact that your pilots are and crew does not understand customer service - I not surprised that your airline makes losses YOY.

After all of this, their customer care executives have the courage to offer 500rs as compensation. [censored]s.

They put our lives in danger because in this someone did not do their job correctly. I fail to understand how was this flight cleared to fly if the brakes weren't working. while at the time of take off.
