Indigo Airlines — Ticket booking problems

The Airlines website is not working properly.
Last night I was booking a rund trip ticket from Patna to Mumbai at around 10.30/10.45 pm. And I double checked that I had selected the correct flight out of the two options available. However despite that when I received teh ticket, both the flights were the wrong ones!

Please find the attached ticket, this ticket was booked on 14/12/13, In that ticekt my intial name was wrong so kindly send my ticket with correct name

My actual name: Lakshmana Rao Manda but in the ticket it was :Lakshmana Rao Munad .

Please correct my name in the ticket.
