Indraprastha Gas Ltd. — delay in execution of Piped Connection and arrogant behaviour of Staff

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice the arbitrariness with which the Co. Future Fuels is carrying on the piped gas connections in SFS FLATS, ASHOK VIHAR PHASE-IV DELHI-110052.

First of all they have done the exterior plumbing more than three months back, Now when they are doing interior plumbing they are very rigid in their attitude and are not prepared to listen to suggestions / requests of the residents,

The Plumbing technician Appan mobile. [protected] and the so called supervisor Mr. Kapil Kumar Moody International photo attached herewith visited .

When I have been insisting that let them do it in my presence,they have surreptiously done it without informing / confirming with me when only house lady was available. My flat No. is 317,SFS in the above colony. Same is the case for flat No. 249,

Could you depute a senior level person to accompany them who can understand my woes.


I hope you will do the needful before they leave the colony. They have not yet tested my connection.
