I had placed an order for a couple of Rakhis whose track id is 11448134. The value of the order was Rs.599.
While placing the order, I was told that the order would get delivered by 16th Aug. Surprisingly, the order is still yet to get delivered. I had clearly mentioned the recipient's number for contact.
This is my first worst experience that I had with any service industry.
I also called your customer service rep (Nidhi) and they said that it is cancelled for no joy. I don't know if this is a way to treat the customer. I would anyways want a refund and also compensation some amount for the trust I had and the time invested. Never expected such senseless service.
Again I called Infibeam on the same day and experienced a worst customer service:
It took about 9 minutes for me to get with your rep. I was kept on hold for a long time as I had asked for some senior/manager to attend and to my surprise call was then disconnected without attending. With more pain, I again called and took about 5-6 minuted to speak to your rep (Makduma). She again had placed me on hold and my patience was tested.
