[Resolved]  Infinite Computer Solutions — Treating employees as Animals

We work in ACS account in Infinite- Bangalore . I joined this account 12 months back as a with lots of expectations but after joining here came to know how bad a company can treat its employees. We work every saturday, sunday, no festivals also. We are asked to work in the company almost 24/7. Even though we work more than 13 hours a day, we are asked to come on sat and sun to work that too more than 13 hours on week ends also. we wont get comp off's. Even when we are not feeling well, managers are asking to get doctor certificate. I'm scared, is this the S/W culture every where in S/W companies? But outside world thinks that S/W engineers enjoy their life on week ends. Here i'm not feeling well for long time and when asked for release, Infinite managers threaten you that you will be out of Infinite.

Even for women employees also 13 hours per day and sat,Sunday also working days...
Senior managers in the meeting says that employees are equal to animals and you have to work when ever and what ever the time. these type of statements coming from top officials of the company also.

even me too was working in a process called iyogi. they made me work 10 to 12 hours a day and 7 days a week. [censored]in people. I resigned from the company. even during my last working day, they made me extend the shift for no reason. thank god I am out of the [censored]in company. even after 2 months I have not got my salary from the stupid company. whenever, I try to call the HR or my previous TL, they don;t answer my call nor reply my message. I advise people never to join that blood sucking company. it is hell out there...
I would also like to share some of the information about my worst experience with this company. They recruited us as Level 3 promising that we are the next TLs within 6 months. Joined the company, first two months salary was fine, after which we were not getting our complete salary at all. When we started fighting for that matter, we got half money after 4 months. they come up with some incentive plans, which will not last longer for a week and not even the OPS manager (Chandra) knows about the incentive plan. When we goto HRs, they say that "We will get back to you" and always run away from us. We work for more than 9 30 hours without breaks and yet we get nothing. This is not enough, we got a CH**T TL named ASLAM, who is cunning more than a fox, and very well trained in washing his boss AS*. I dont understand how come an call taking agent can become a trainer, TL, asst manager, manager and OPS manager in one years time. He screwed us, more than tat he cheated us giving big words that he is the saviour of L3. Atlast, our team has come to an end. All bad languages in this world, is meant only for infinite sarvatra IYOGI process. [censored] you As*HO**s. ASLAM promised me that he will make me the next TL as asked me for a reebok shoe and bluetooth headset. which i gave him also. He was asking me to do mediator work to approach girl at work. and also spy on my own teammates.

not the management.. SUCKS BIG TIME
They dont know about mgmt. They hire people from local companies and they are taking care of a business. One fraud people they are who are good for nothing without brain. To know about management they should be qualified and they should come from a good corporate. I am planning to quit this company and if I get an opportunity I will quit this company. poor Aparna maa'm thinks company is in safe hands but its equavalent to garland handed over to monkey... Wish indian consumer reads this post and take severe actions against mgmt of this company. On top of it I heard mgmt people talking about girls in that company. top mgmt people want to fcuk girls in their company where Aparna maa'm always says employees are their childerns... maa'm you take over the company and spin the wheel [throw people out from mgmt. its better to do a public poll and then see most of the people dislike top mgmts (AM's OM TL). Sad agents we get the numbers without taking a single break and they celebrate as if they achieved something from moon. ]

Change in ICS not possible esp when mgmt is same if you change company YES...

I am working ACS Project and it's been a hell!!
No proper process, things go haphazardly. Rajesh Sridhar Rao who preaches a lot to others is hypocrite.He advices a lot to others and he keeps in Sister in law in the same project.
Since he has to come to this position through bucketing, he expects things from others.
He just wants bunch of jokers in his PMs team. Good PM will leave that ACS project.
He supports people like Madhava Vadla(he knows few words in English and doesn't know how to compose the sentence.. his wife is also in the same project, she doesn't know not even few words.) If Rajesh any ethics then he should keep his sister in law out of ACS.

I am working in Infinite for more than 18 months ( IYOGI process), work pressure is always there in BPO industry. i never felt these issues here. i am getting whatever they promised me, ppl leave and offcourse few were sent home because of low performance and company requirements. If you felt these many issues friends u would have tried sending emails across management ppl. complaining about you TLs in WEBSITE will not change anything. As a professional, working in a company you should take responsibility to change things if its really wrong, Infinite- sarvatra is a two year child, stop complaining and ppl working here understand and take responsibilities, Learn, Grow with the company, If you pll think something going wrong try changing or escalating them. Don pull infinite's name down (Freshers please feel free talk to HRs about ant doubts you have clear it before joining any concern)... 8084

Company depends on the Management and the Management is worst. All Mallus, Tamilians are ruling there. They are the thinking themselves the king of the company. Thank GOD I am out of the company. iYogi is a scam and a bogus company. Since that is a company o[censored]daya Challu (Aparna Challu's brother), Infinite staffs can't even open their mouth and the client people (iYogi) come and sit on the floor with the agents and ask for making sale. Bull ... shame on the company and the management. They pressurize you work for more than 9.30 hours (that is the standard working time in that company). They will tell you that the cab will not move for 2 more hours so sit inside and make sale. Shame on Chandra all the bogus chattuuuusss of him Managers (Vijay, Vikram, Lohit). I don't know how call taking agents are becoming TL and Managers in within few months int hat bogus company... LOL.. wanted to laugh/cursing them. Shame on the management. Now I am scared whether I will get my PF money or not. When I try to search my PF number on the PF website it says invalid PF number. Worst ever company in the world. This will not last very long. Guys don't ever think to join that company.

I have a query. I have got offer letter from ICS. Package they are providing is 2.4 lac. they have taken my original 10th, 12, B.E. degree, after reading all the above comments I want to know what should I do, should I join this company??? I was also selected in SYNTEL campus in feb'12 till now I have not got any mail from syntel regarding to offer letter or doj.
I am one of the tech who worked for iyogi and this is what i have to show you all please find the conversation between one of the tech who is litreally abusing the caller and a MANAGER WHO IS ASKING HIM TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER.. i am attaching a pic of the conversation please have a look. I yogi is one of the best tech support but due to people like this, we call them scam. The manager's name is mentioned as Vikram Vijay and the Tech is Vikram Xavier.

All the complaints are true abt this company and guys plz be aware with these and be careful.Find any other option with less salary is better than losing peace of mind for entire life. I have faced the similar issues with HR,
