[Resolved]  Infosys Technologies Ltd. — Check book delivery delay

Hi,
I requested for ICICI bank check book during the last week of May 09 and the same has been dispatched to PRVS courier on 29th May 09 (As informed by ICICI Customer care). On 5th June 09, a lady named Zakia called me and told me that she is not able to find my mobile number so the delivery is delayed. I asked that if they can deliver today, so she said that today is not possible but it can be delivered tomorrow (Satuday 6th may 2009). Since I was in urgent need of my check book, so in spite of my holiday on Saturday i went to my office to receive the check book, i waited for the whole day but no body came. On Monday (8th May 2009), somehow I managed to get the phone number of PRVS courier and called them so they said that it can be delivered on Tuesday (9th may 2009), i requested her (Zakia) to deliver it today as it is very urgent for me so she agreed and told me that it will be delivered by today anyhow. I waited in the office till 8:30 PM in the night, and in between called her many times and every time she said that it will be delivered by today. After 8:30 PM again when I called PRVS, somebody picked phone and said that Zakia left and check book will deliver tomorrow.
If they had not to deliver it today then why those people made me wait till that time. They are very uncooperative and very rude, they don't care about their customers and just do what they want.

Infosys Technologies Ltd. — Sole is removed

I bought a pair of formal shoes around 2 months back worth Rs 1299.00 from BATA showroom in 16th main, BTM 2nd stage, bangalore. But even after very less use, its sole started removing from front side around 2 weeks back. When I contacted managerin showroom, he sent it for pasting to BATA. But after 2 days it got removed again. Previously, I had bought a pair of sport shoes, in that also I faced same problem of sole. I am really very dsappointed with BATA's shoes' poor quality even with so much price.
Sorry for my last complaint. It was not meant for Infosys. It had to be posted for BATA. I misread it and thought it is asking for my companies name.

Infosys Technologies Ltd. — I lost my pan card.

I've lost my Pan Card recently. I do not have a xerox copy of it. The pan card number is:

"AQMPB0983F". Kindly tell me the procedure to claim a duplicate of my pan card.
