[Resolved] Ing Vysya Bank — deduction of Rs.10000 during atm transaction | |||
Myself Amit Tyagi have a salary account in ING VYSYA bank. A/c no.[protected]. Debit card no.[protected]. on 10th april I went to ATM of bank of baroda (nawada) to withdraw money. i entered the amount Rs. 10000. after sometime i got receipt which had transaction declined written on it.. After that i moved to the other machine and entesred amount Rs. 10000.But i received the slip of insufficient balance after which i withdrew 3000 to check the balance amount... after 10 minutes or so, i received two sms's one for withdrawl of Rs. 3000 and the other one for withdrawl of Rs. 10000. i called thei customer service and they said that i will get my money in 48 hours which didnt happen. i also submitted a written application at ING VYSYA branch - janak puri on 13th april.. i have not received my money till date .......please help...
