Ing Vysya Life Insurance — No acknowledgement

Hi, I have taken the policy for Life INsurance in year 2007. My policy no is 00678383. I have already paid the premium in the month of October, but haven't recvd any kind of acknowledgement regarding the same from the company till date. I would like to know if my policy is still active or it has been cancelled by the company. If so then please kindly let me know as soon as possible.

I have already paid the premium in the month of january 2010, but haven't recvd any kind of acknowledgement regarding the same from the company till date.
