[Resolved] Inox — Unprofessional and dirty service and products | |||
Hi, I travel to Belgaum from Mumbai and visited Inox multiplex as my family stays there.My last visit was some time ago in in Sep 2010 .When i came to know that Inox opened the door in Belgaum i was very happy.I went there to watch a English movie.I was greeted with very helpful staff.Also i was very happy when my child had cold the Manager named Rojer provided me with medicine and offered me doctors help.I was really pleased with the service. However my recent visit to Inox to watch Spider Man was pathetic the wash rooms were filthy and disgusting.when i asked to meet the Manager to give my feed back he had already left for the day.And when I asked for Rojer they informed me he had left the company instead i meet a different person in his place who was not even confident of talking to me. the pop corns were not of good quality also the burger.when i asked for refund I was said to send my feed back in a very very rude. I guess inox has to hire professional staff who can treat people properly also keep hygiene and sanitation as Inox Belgaum does not look any different then a Single screen theatre. I have had a similar experience on 10th April 2011 at INOX - Mantri Mall, Bangalore. The AC if switched on at all - was probably only in the initial part of the movie. I was sweating profusely - and went in and complained to the manager. I told them that they are probably switching off the AC to save on Power costs. The manager denied it and said that the AC was under the control of Mantri Mall - on my second complaint, they do have seemed to switch on the AC - but the theatre was already so hot, that I walked out of the movie before it ended I am examining the feasibility of a consumer forum complaint. It's a tragedy that a good brand goes out to rip-off its customers by cost cutting measures that actually cut into their brand value. Can't understand what kind of top management they have - they either must be having poor ethics or poor oversight or both ?? Our family for one will never to to a INOX theatre again. So far I haven't experienced this with PVR - but who knows? The one-off theatres in the past used to switch off the AC somewhere in the middle after the movie plot was well developed - and everyone was too engrossed in the movie to either notice the slow warming up of the theater and/or enjoying the movie too much to take a pause to go and complaint. And of course - most people do complaint in any event - and just quietly take the bad treatment dished out by these brands.
