I’m sorry to raise this issue but rather forced to. We a group of 6 faced harassment from your Inox branch in garuda mall in yehlanka. The security personnel stopped one of our colleague while frisking and detained cigarette from the customer and he was told that, cigarettes are not allowed to be carried, as we work in a service industry and we know how a customer service industry works and following all safety procedures . The sensitive areas like airport is allowed to carry cigarettes. Lighters
are forbidden. We are also equally responsible for the safety concern of the fellow beings. When we enquired about the same to the manager he was soooo arrogant and unprofessional . He was not
Bothered about the customer. He Thinks the customers as fools and he was just playing with us . Never showed any empathy towards us and he was so much frustrated to show his arrogance towards us . Not only that but also he showcased in such a way that, The customers are such a fool and irrelevant. He never ever respected the customer feelings. He was so Stubborn on his thoughts and he never given a peaceful face of atmosphere to the customers. We 6 are part of airport authority / Airline and we know what security procedures are and what it me g to be and we also know what is safety threat is! The manager security at Inox was so harassing and inappropriate behaviour with the customer and he was as so rude and arrogant, doesn’t show any courtesy with the customer . He was so stubborn and sooo rude in his attitude and such kind of behaviour has really reflected a bad image on customers and the fellow one. This arrogance of your security manager resulted in not to show up inox again. . The manager security at Inox was soo much rude and was showing inappropriate behaviour with us. He shouldn’t be a part of service industry and. I do understand what security means. Myself is certified screener from BCAS.
