I went to watch a movie in Ampa skyone PVR-Inox theatre which is at Chennai and i noticed 7 advertisements before movie starts and 7 advertisements during intermission.

I noticed 5 among 7 advertisements are in Hindi both the times. I really dont know why PVR-INOX continuously trying to impose hindi in non-hindi states. Please respect the local language and dont insult the non-hindi state people collecting money from them in...

I had paid Rs 1217 twice at Inox, The Marina Mall, Chennai on 1 june 2023 using my Axis bank credit card.

The employees there told me that my payment has failed first time but that amount was debited as per my credit card statement. (Screenshot attached below)

I spoke to the Axis bank manager and there I have been told to contact PVR INOX coustomer care... and After that I emailed them and still my issue did...

I am currently watching a movie Longlegs(English) in Screen 10- in Inox, Pheonix Mall of Millenium, Wakad, Pune and subtitles is missing. Can you please make sure that the same is on so it's easier to read

I have booked 2 tickets using inox website inoxmovies.com on 13.07.2024 for movie Deadpool & Wolverine for show at inox porvorim on 27.07.2024 fir 9:15am show. Amount of rs. 554 got deducted from my account when i did transaction using Google pay central bank account but on successful transaction i haven't received any ticket or confirmation mail. When i checked other options to regenerate ticket i didn't find any such option.

We booked three tickets for Maharaja (Tamil) Movie at Raghuleela Mall's INOX Movies situated in Vashi, Navi Mumbai which was to be screened at 11:05 am. The Show was repetitive delayed by 5-10 minutes again and again till the main staff comes and say the show is cancelled after 1 hour of waiting. Earlier the reason he said, there is a problem parsing the second half of the movie. Later, he comes and says first of the movie is corrupt and can't be processed but second half is ready. He in the behave of INOX movies offered no complimentary or refund for the movie after we customers requested for it. Instead, he said he'll himself arrange movie screening tomorrow which was not acceptable by us customers who came travelling from far and lost their time. Not only we three, there were more 12-15 people waiting.

After a lot of fighting and requesting, the second half of the movie was screened to half of the people which were interested watching. Anyways we are not happy with the service of INOX Movies. INOX movies please look into the matter and do the needful for the people who booked tickets for this cancelled/half screened show at Raghuleela Mall, INOX Movies.

The main staff was not allowing us to record videos and requesting to understand which is clearly not acceptable and a good move by INOX Movies management.

We either want a refund or 1:2 ticket pass for this loss. I have more supporting videos and movie ticket which I can send you.

There were 2 issues that I want to complaint about -

1. I had gone to Inox Movies where I was unknowingly charged 350 Rs. twice or the Popcorn and Coke separately as you can see in the image below. Also, I was not told of the Rs. 40 Add-on charge that was taken from me without telling me about the fact that it was an Add-on Charge. It is a sheer case of fooling the customer and lying about the Charges of the products.

2. The Customer Service Executive who had brought a Menu slip at our seat during watching the movie did not have a Price Tag written against it. Therefore, before ordering the item, I was not aware of the price of the Popcorn and Coke that I ordered. And I dont believe that they both could be of Rs. 350 each. Therefore, I was incorrectly charged two times.

Dear Team,

I had in this month via inox app at Inox, Shoba City, Thrissur, Kerala. Did the payment via gpay, amount got deducted from my account but didn't get tickets of any receipt of the transaction.

Kindly help me with the refund of the same for these two transactions. Please find attached payment details for your reference.

I lost my money 1500/- over there...Inox cleaning staff stole my money over there...and the security manager of this theatre tried to hide this incident

The money was supposed to be returned within 24 hours but it took 20 days. The money has not been returned. VR Mall Dumas, Surat has been paid twice. Your manager over there denying to look into this matter. Kindly return my money Rs. 1360/-. I am attaching my transaction ID.

Worst and pathetic staff they just lie and con people thats it

I am sorry to say about this but the fooding price is too high... please subsidies the food rates, as many people can't afford... your prices are too high for the middle class... please look into it...

Inox kalyan metro mall delayed screening of shaitaan movie on 15th march 2024. 7:30 show. Show started at 7:52. Delay of 22 minutes.

Inox in Kalyan Metro mall is very poorly maintained. Seats are broken. My seat was inclined downwards and could not seat properly. Seat numbers are not clearly visible and it makes finding seat difficult. Everyone was confused about the seat numbers. Row number and name on staircase are not clearly visible. Very unhappy with seats quality and not as per maintained standards of inox. I have complained about this a year back qnd complaining about it again as nothing has been improved

As i have booked the tickets on 02/03/2024 in inox cinemas, the payment was successful but tickets have not been booked.It's been 10 days but till money have not refund.So kindly look into it and reply to me.

The INOX at Rcity mall Screen no. 7 and Screen no. 6 have defective recliners. The recliner don’t work as expected but INOX charges a bomb for such defective seats. No one was there to help regarding this during the movie.

The security that remains in front of the gate is reduced by our hands due to a little dust in the body of the car's Parsi making machine.After that, he behaved very rudely with us and asked for a fine of Rs 12, 000. After that we were stopped for half an hour.At last a fine of Rs 1000 was paid, after which we could not watch this movie and came away.We go to the movies several times a month...

As on Sunday night around 7.45pm myself and my family planned to watch a malayalam movie Premalu in Inox theatre, Marina Mall, Omr, Chennai.But when we reached the theatre, one of our seat CL16 was occupied by another man.He too had the same ticket number CL16. This was our unfortunate situation and very irritating that none o[censored]s willing to give our seat.So, I would like to have a refund or some compensation according to your company policy.Kindly consider my request and complaint in this issue which happened.
