Subject: Complaint regarding delayed movie start & request for compensation

I booked tickets for a 9:00 PM show at INOX Metro Mall Junction, Kalyan East through BookMyShow.

However, the movie did not start at the scheduled time and only began around 9:30 PM. This 30-minute delay caused inconvenience and is not acceptable, especially after paying full ticket price for a specific showtime.

I went to watch a movie in Ampa skyone PVR-Inox theatre which is at Chennai and i noticed 7 advertisements before movie starts and 7 advertisements during intermission.

I noticed 5 among 7 advertisements are in Hindi both the times. I really dont know why PVR-INOX continuously trying to impose hindi in non-hindi states. Please respect the local language and dont insult the non-hindi state people collecting money from them in...

INOX mall in Chandanagar, which is a GSM mall, has been prohibiting children from watching A-grade (virupaksha and etc) movies for the past 15 days. The staff's behavior has been very rude, and they are not even refunding the amount. It appears to be a case of looting public money, as other INOX locations are still allowing children to watch such movies. We know that in INOX Tuesday big tub popcorn unlimited refill offer is still going on but in Chennai Marina mall they are not providing it. They are just escaping by manipulating us. Please avoid giving false advertisement. There are lot of people got disappointed by this cheap and false advertisement.
