[Resolved]  Insurance Institute Of India — non-refund of twice paid exam fees

even i m travelling in the same boat.my registration for the licentiate exam got failed and the money was drawn from the account of my axis bank.i mailed them the details till date there is no response, i am waiting fortheir mail.Please some one help me in this regard

INSURANCE INSTITUTE OF INDIA — Not received the refund amount

I have paid the amount of Rs. 1022.10 through the online payment for 2 exams of Licenciate on 30.01.2012 but unfortunately due to some system error there was no clarity whether the transaction has been carried out or not but the amount was deducted from my account.

After the discussed with Ms. Gayitri (Employee of III Mumbai), i have registered for 2 exam from Delhi Insurance Institute, Janpath office (Receipt enclosed).. I have been paid twice amount to
Insurance Institute of India. Today is 27.03.2012 I have not received any refund amount Rs. 1022.10. Always contacting to mumbai office regarding the refund amount , but they replied only the payment is in process.

INSURANCE INSTITUTE OF INDIA — Non refund of excess amount

Insurance Institute of India is not refunded my excess amount. Its already completed 2 months. Saying payment in process.

Same here also, i had created new regn number and applied for all 6 subjects of Associate examination which is scheduled to be held on 06the of May-2012. Later on i understood theat my old regn number can work and fee for new regn was not suppose to be paid. Immediately i notified many people from iii and till now i did not get reply to my request and neitheer i have received my refund. Today i have received two hall tickets.
