We are making complaint on behalf of majority of students who are appearing in the exam of iii conducted by insurance institute of india. Questions in the exam is varying from the syllabus of the subject this is happening in every exam mainly in IC 22 I.e underwriting and in few paper where students getting 59 whereas the passing marks is 60. I request you reassess or reevaluate the same.

The way the essay competitions are conducted leaves much to be desired. The culprit is Mr Deepak Godbole who has no experience and has demoralised employees due to his inefficient working. This man is only about himself. Pathetic. Wrong person for an academic cum research institution. The entire functioning of III is in a complete disarray. LIC and IRDA have to spring into action to get this man replaced by someone who is more dynamic, student...

I did payment for the proffessional exam of insurance institute of india for two subjects. transaction was done from paytm for Rs. 1652. upi ref no.[protected]. money got debited from my bank account transaction was successful on paytm but i recieved a message from III that online payment for order no. 19529054 is not completed. and i did not get any recept from III website as it said transaction failed.

Sir due to lockdown they are reschedule the exam date and venue after that they released the latest admit card also but they mailed us to some of my friends and me your exams are cancelled and reschedule due to limited slot capacity at your center we unable to conduct your examination in the June 2021 session... but they conducting some of my friends exam... .how sir...I paid the same examination fee and I booked the slot first and they released...

I wrote to Insurance institute of India regarding refund of Rs. 6, 372/- dated 27/09/2020 against the invoice no. III/02/007468 dated 27/02/2020. Since past 4 months I am following door to door of III and mailed countless times to the designated mail id's provided on their website but every time they reiterated that their office is closed due to pandemic and they haven't put up my refund matter to the competent authority. they have reverted...

I have been coordinating with the institute regarding my credit points for following subjects.
1. Ic 78 miscellaneous insurance
2. Ic -72 motor insurance
3. Ic 77 engineering insurance.

I have cleared the above subjects in may 2014.in march 2019 these subjects have been withdrawn unreasonably from my result sheet saying that validity of these subjects have expired.

I'm from chennai. This time exams are held at vanagaram pragya technologies. The location of the centre is in a remote place around 20 kms from centre chennai. That too is very difficult to locate. The condition of systems there are very bad. There is no parking facility too. Its in mid of a vegetable market with too much of congestion. Kindly see to it that better places are chosen to conduct exams....
