The way the essay competitions are conducted leaves much to be desired. The culprit is Mr Deepak Godbole who has no experience and has demoralised employees due to his inefficient working. This man is only about himself. Pathetic. Wrong person for an academic cum research institution. The entire functioning of III is in a complete disarray. LIC and IRDA have to spring into action to get this man replaced by someone who is more dynamic, student centric and efficient. In this years's essay competition, the same person has won two prizes. Prizes are awarded not on the basis of merit but on the basis of who knows whom. This was not what III was known for earlier. Deepak Godbole - hope he retires soon... otherwise even the few who pursue the courses run by III will run away in the future. Inept administration, employees who bark like dogs at students, poor decision making, bias in selecting prize winners... so much of LIC consumers' money is being wasted...!
