Insurance Institute Of India — Fees of Rs.1652 got deducted from my account but got message from insurance institute of india that payment was not completed.

I did payment for the proffessional exam of insurance institute of india for two subjects. transaction was done from paytm for Rs. 1652. upi ref no.[protected]. money got debited from my bank account transaction was successful on paytm but i recieved a message from III that online payment for order no. 19529054 is not completed. and i did not get any recept from III website as it said transaction failed.
