Intel — Heating All USB Port & External Devices

I am Amit Kumar Panja, a user of INTEL mother board & processor . I faced so many problem for 1 year above, Before some day I send my mother board to service center of Intel & Intel replace my board & give me a new mother board but problem is not gone its continue runnig. My problem is - all USB port & devises( Pendrive, External Hard Disk, Modem etc) always make very warm. Please tell me soon what can I do for solve this problem??
