Intel — thermal heat problem

I m a student in pune and i m using intel processor since 2 years and it was ok...but from past 20 days i m facing the problem of thermal heat.
Whenever i switch on my pc after 10 to 15 mins it gets restarted,
and after that it displays the message.."restarted due to thermal heat problem".
then again when i restart after sometimes then again it works properly n after 15 min the same problem arises.
i have kept my pc in the same room temperature since 2 years.
please solve my this problem.
please reply soon.

To solve this just dis assemble the processor then putt the thermal paste ..then try to switch it on.

sir i have bought an intel mother board in 2007 it was perfectly fine but now the colour of the display is all blue i have no idea whom to contact or where to send for repair pliz help

i bought intel orignal motherboard before two years(18/10/06). and naw i have to face hanghing problem with it due to become heat of green chip. plz solve my problem..
the serial number of it:- BTGC622001M1 AAD[protected].
my address is:- Bhimnagar byepass gali N.-01, H.N.-50, Ghaziabad. (u.p) pin code- 201009.

If you have the bill and its in warranty, then go to the retailer he will send the motherboard to their repair station and it will come back in around 15-30 days.

To solve the thermal heat problem
1. Apply heat paste pound inbetween the processor and motherboard.
2. Check the MotherBoard cpu pins are correct temper.
3. Check the CPU Fan's RPM in hardware monitoring menu in BIOS mode.
4. If dust is form inside of the fan rotar open the plastic lock and take the Fan out and clean clearly apply the oil slightly in the pully.
5. If This problem is till continue, Change the SMPS and rescet the BIOS setup. Now problem will clear.
6. Problem is till continue check the CPU and and then MotherBoard.

I Purcahse 4 Intel Original Mother Board from Micro Hard Computers, Navsari-Gujarat ( India) in Jan'2010. Board Have problem with Onboard LAN Port, & it connection to network disconnect frequently / u can say that LAN port have problem., So I install NIC Card and network works fine. So I want replacement of all 4 Mother Boards. Board detail is as below.
Desktop Board DG41RQ Essential Series, E[protected], 00270EOFOAE - AZPQ94B00N9 .

Help me to solve this issue

Board Have problem with Onboard LAN Port, & it connection to network disconnect frequently / u can say that LAN port have problem., So I install NIC Card and network works fine.
