Dear sir
Inspite of several complaint no body is looking after mycomplain
since 15 days my net is not working, even thoug all the bill cleared no pending any one, so many complain i sent to customer care but not responding at all, its realy a harrasment by the co
when the time to come to collect the money/bill before 10 dyas it will come but for the compalain, no one is there to see, why its so
could i know the reason regarding this type of harrasment done by the co, kindly get it sortout asap, my add 39a ambika enclave

For past i week i could not assess my internet connect i have complain several time but i am not receive service looking of following promblem to b e rectified sooner

Hathway Broadband Internet Service — Not providing support

I have an internet connection with Hathway broadband from last 3 years.

on 14th January 2010 morning 9:AM electric shock comes from LAN [Internet cable] and My Computer get fired in that shock. There is big sound of computer getting fired and my motherboard, usb chanels, LAN cable burn in this accident.



I complain them about this accident and ask for my hardware cost but they are not even listening my complain and not even respond from last 12 days

BSNL people are very careless and I m considering to get disconnected the broadband BSNL Services forever.
