internet connection totally lost and when connected it's not able to receive data,
I complaint many time but every time they reply that "problem will solve by today" but they are not even came to check what the problem is?, always give the same ans that problem will solved soon but from last 7 days my net connection is not working.

I have complained wide regd no. [protected] & [protected] . Further I have E-Mailed to AGM & GM twice. I talked to Mr. Shakya on Dt. 06.06.2011. But till date nothing has been done and my broadband internet connection on telephone No.[protected] is not working since last week of May-2011. My subscription is for unlimited service. Deeply regretted for such delayed BSNL care.
