Intertek India Private Limited — wrongly charged for late fee

Although I have paid an amount of Rs. 2000.00 by cheque no. 602947 (HDFC Bank ) on 07.10.2009 which is reflected in your statement dated 10.10.2009 where minimum amount to be paid was Rs. 1678.11 and due date was 30.10.2009; but you have charged a late fee of Rs. 350.00 vide statement dated 10.11.2009. This type of wrongly charged late fees are not acceptable. I do not accept and will not pay this amount. Would request to correct and send me a fresh statement so that the same can be paid by me.
