[Resolved]  Intertek India Private Limited — Force full recovery against Wrong Statement

REFER MY COMPLAINT REF.:- 0634d dated 16.11.2009 and 0326a dated 18.11.2009.

1. So far I did not receive any reply from your end. How long you take to reply Client Complaint? Why the Client suffers for the delay at your end?
2. I have been forced to pay by your representative Mr. Julfikar Ahmed who telephoned me for at least 20 times and almost scared the life out of me for payment of Rs. 3504/- as minimum amount to be paid immediately. Whereas the correct monthly statement is minimum amount of Rs 1826.34 payable by 30.11.2009.
3. I under tremendous pressure from Mr. Julfikar Ahmed on phone have paid Rs. 3000/- by cheque no. 602950 of HDFC Bank on 21.11.2009 which was debited to my Salary account on 23.11.2009.
Do you deal with your valued Clients in this manner?

A speedy reply with a correct Statement for the month of November 2009 will be highly appreciated.
