[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — no response from a month.

INTEX/ MOBILE HANDSET NO- IN5050 — NOT ABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET

Dear Sir,

I have given several written complaints to Intex officials regarding not accessing of Internet from the handsets Model No- IN5050 against my CDMA SIM, but they are not responding and giving any assistance to resolve my issue.
I have purchased this dual handset after confirming from vendor that internet could be accessable on both the Subscriber (GSM & CDMA).
Pl help to resolve the issue...

I have purchase yur intex mobile AURA 1224 dt[protected]. but this mobile made any problems ( switch off, softwear curpt, rec. call cut put on ) to 3 months . I will Repait to 2 times dt[protected] &[protected] but this mobile not repair.

i have purchase a intex model no.in2266 date.813/20.05.09 but i find some problem net day (problem is battery bacup ) charge after battery only 4 houre battery bacup
after two day i give this but i am not recived this mobile today as the servicer he told me our not any resposblities the following mobile this in company prodect and company resposblities we are not interfare of this matter
so, pls find my regards and give a best sugation for my mobile phone and help return my mobile phon

i gave my cell phone for repairing, as it was warranty. i submitted my cell phone in intex service center rudrapur, the date which i got to take my cell back was after six days from the date of submitting, by asking me for my mobile handset from intex service center haldwani, daily they are making a new excuses.
As per my information, i think they have losted my cell phone.

I have also sent one email regarding USB modem driver to their customer centre, but no reply again. This phone is compatible for using internet on PC as no appropriate modem driver is available on their site too. I have tried several times, taled to AIRTEL also. AIRTEL provided all the help whatever they can. Problem is with the modem driver and no reply from their customer centre.

As per my information, i think they have losted my cell phone.and also i hope you may take a strick action on tis complain my mobile no is [protected]
