[Resolved] Intex Mobile — Mobile is not functioning properly | |
Hi, This is Sandeep and i have bought an ismart intex phone on 26th Jan '10 from Dwarka Telecare. But i have been totally upset with this product as i have been constantly facing problem. Within 2 days of buying this phone i approached my shopkeeper in Dwarka (Dwarka Telecare) with lot of problems and the phone was replaced, but again the phone has started giving problem and there are many features which are used to sell the mobile which are not functioning: 1. Applications not available (Refer to the packaging case of mobile which states these as the features): a) Yahoo Chat b) GTALK 2. Battery backup is less than 4hrs against long lasting battery backup mentioned for this phone…very very bad battery back but shopkeepers selling this phone telling customer that it has a great battery backup. 3. Speaker not working : Speaker giving problem and not good quality sound(Service center has also accepted this) 4. Swapping FM channels through headphone is not working 5. If somebody calling you and the mobile is locked mode in that situation you can’t even check the phone book and can’t write anything at the time of calling. This is completely cheating and when we approached your service center in Hari Nagar they were little help with informing that they have not got any training and they are not aware of the feature and they did not even register our entire complaint about the phone. Of the above mentioned problems i am facing with my i-smart phone only speaker not working problem was registered. Shopkeeper has cheated us telling me all the above mentioned features of the phone, but none of them available in the hand set. I would like to get my money refunded by the company or shopkeeper. Yeahh.. you are right.. I too bought Intex I-Smart mobile in March 2010, and facing same technical problems, i.e., speaker problem (very low output), low battery backup, problems regarding FM, and so on.. I am really fed up with this product of Intex.. I am feeling cheated by INTEX. They are good in computer hardwares, but not in mobile phones. I will not buy any Intex Mobile in future, not even accept it as a gift.

Intex mobile Ismart — Cheated for Warranty
I am Ashish ,i have bought a Ismart phone from gurgaon , now suddenly there is some problem occurs in it. Phone is not able to catch signals. I have gone to service center in noida AMBE ElectronicWas.In the begning he said that your phone will be ok ,it will cost you 375 rupees now they said that we have sent your phone to company and last week i got a call from service centre and then they ask for 3000 rupees ,even my phone is still in Warranty, i dont why they are charging .If this problem doesnot sort out,i will go to the consumer court. Intex Mobile — NOT ENTERTAINING MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Dear Sir,With due respect i have to say that i bought intex moble in oct 2010 now there is display problem but the retailer ravi watch co. is not entertaining it,please solve my problem for this i will be highly obiliged to you

Intex Mobile Model. No 2040 E — Display of mobile is damaged and the service centre is refusing to replace it
The mobile I purchased in Dec 2010 has one year warranty . Within a month of purchase its display was damaged . I personally visited the cervice cntre thrice but the service in charge refused to get it repaire in warranty .saying that the display has got damaged because it has got pressed inside your pocket .Thus he said that tis is a physical damage. Franckly telling my mobile was kept aside when I slept at night and when I got up my mobile display was half damaged .Only half part was visible and rmaining half part wasbecome blueish-grey colaur. I do theink that this problemmust be arising dueto some faults in software or hardware . But the service in charge refused to accept the handset for service. Intex Mobile — not return the battery of mobile
dear sir/madam,i purchased the intex mobile (IN 2060) on[protected] from the retailer ( Om Mobile Communication, in front of bus stand, Rewari (HR[protected]. After some days mobile creates few problems such as, speakear problem, keypad problem and battery backup problem.
On[protected] i gave the mobile to the service centre ( E-Services, shop No. 441, Model Town, Shopping Complex, Rewari (HR). I gave them Mobile phone with its battery but without "battery cover" to the service centre executive. They give me the job work slip customer copy.
Till now they not give me back my mobile, I went to the service centre many times they told me that your mobile is ok but they don't have its battery they told that i had not gave the the mobile battery.
Please help me and give me the sollution.

Dear Sir/Mam,I purchased the Intex mobile ( IN-2060) on[protected] from the retailer ( Om Mobile sollution, in front of bus stand, Rewari (HR) ). After some days it creates many problems such as speaker problem, keypad problem and battery backup problem.
On[protected] i gave the mobile to the service centre ( E-Services, Shop no. 441, Shopping comlex,Near Dawat restaurent, Model Town, Rewari ) with its battery because its battery have the backup problem but without "battery cover".
I went to the service centre many times sometimes they told me that the mobile is not repaired till now.
Now they are saying that mobile is ok but they don't have its battery they said that i had not gave them the battery. Now the service centre executive are not ready to give back my mobile with its battery.
Please help me and take a strict step aginst the service centre executives.

now wat 2 do... it is still under warranty period . after d completion of 1 year wat i will do...dat means i have wasted my 3000/- .how many times i can go 2 service centre again and again.
this is really disgusting... intex is really d inferior quality company. d most ghatiya moblile company in d world . ab marte dum tak nokia k alava koi set lene ka sapna bhi nhi dekhungi...

sir, i purchased cloud x5 on 06/12/13 but it is not working properly within 2 months. i submitted it to zakir mobile (cervice center) solapur, but he is asking me it will take time to repair because mobiles key pad is not available.iam not setisfeied .i want my money back.Intex Mobile — no proper service

There is a bad experience with inex this time. I have a long deal with intex like PC, Mouse, keyboard etc.
But unfortunately i have bought a mobile phone of intex within 20 days headphone stop to working and then after speaker is not tuning, Hanging when i used the net.After that on 10th March 2010, I reached to a intex service center at Bihari colony (Gadget Gallery) P6 they told that we will sending your mobile to company because we have no ringers of i smart's.
Since last 19 days they are giving me same comment that we are going to company for the ringer and they are not providing us same.
intex had a good reputation in the market so why are u take risk to spoil it and your long term customer is also suffers.And if the Agents are right so pls also help him.
Pls help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
