[Resolved] Intrex India Ltd / Itzcash Card — Card expired before due date

Sir, I had purchased cash card brand name itzcash having s. No:s[protected] Card no:[protected] in jan09. I first used it on 07.01.09. As per terms and condition Printed onto card - this card was valid for one year from the date of first use. I tried check balance of this card on company's website but it was not showing. I contacted Company via email and i was replied that card have veen expired on 07.07.09. It had Balance of rs. 1300 apprx at that time. on 22nd sept 2009 and paid by chaque Rs. 7, 500/-.

As per discussion with your sales executive he has promise me that you
will get our franchise ship and within 15 days you will get our master
card with neon signboard of our company as well as after getting master
card you with get Rs. 3, 000/- credit balance in the master card.

After lot of contact with your area sales managar Mr- Mukesh gidd I got
master card after one and half month instead of 15 days .

Inspite of lot of contact with your sales dept. sales executive,
sales representative till the date no body was attend my case and i
have not received Rs. 3, 000/- as per agreement as well as advertisement
material sign board Boucher etc from your company.

Hence I once again request you that kindly do the needful in this
matter and reply me at the earliest.

I am purchsing your co's franchise ship because ITS CASH is run by
reputed well known organisation and a trusted company.

I hope that you will keep promises as given earlier by your sales
department.
