[Resolved] Investors Clinic — Fraud Property Dealers | |||
Investors Clinic is a fraud property dealer. I had bought one Flat by spending my hard earned money through investors clinic in Lotus Boulevard Espacia, Noida. At the time of sale they promised me a discount of 5.75% and out of which 4% was supposed to be adjusted by the builder at the time of paying IInd instalment means i had to deduct the amount from the IInd instalment ie.4% and balance was to be paid by investors clinic once IIIrd instalment is paid. When i visited to pay IInd instalment the builder refused to adjust 4% in the instalment. I visited more than 33 times to investors clinic to request for adjustment but the behaviour and intention was clear and as good as thugs. I had to pay full amount to builder that too with interest though it was late because builder threatened me to cancel the allotment. I am still running after them and visiting their office every alternate before going to my office. Oh, where is 'MISS RICHA" now? sending criminals to someone's house to keep his mouth shut?
We also got cheated by one of the executive of Investor Clinic his name is Mr. Sukbir Chal (mob. +[protected] and his prsonal no. [protected]).
He committed us that he will give 3% discount if I invest in Ansal Heights, Sector-92, Gurgaon.
Several times I have contacted him regarding the discount matter, his answers are standard saying he is busy attending the client or he doesn't picks up the phone.
Then I contacted his senior Mr. Rajiv Bansal (mob. +[protected]), his answer was, I have reported too late, he can not do any thing in this regard.
Then I traced Mr.Manmeet / Mr. Manjeet senior to Mr. Rajiv Bansal, he is not attending the phone from past One month +, as his mother is operated and is in the hospital.
On the other hand, I approached to Mrs. Ranjita as well, Project Manager of Ansal Heights for helping me in recovering the 3% discount value from Investor Clinic, she also refused to help in this regard.
I have no idea where and whom to approach for recovery of my 3% discount from Investor Clinic.

Richa here this side, i gone through your complaints, i am requesting you to please mail your concern on [protected]@investorsclinic.in thats the first thing i want from your side,
Another is you have written that you have come to IC office so many times and no one gave you any response so i want the name of the your associate and as well your unit no details and your personal details who has committed you to give this much of discount and not doing any kind of support of yours, so that we will also try to know the reason why you dint get any kind of good services from our side.
