i am facing a serious problem of faulty cylinder. it is not been looked after by the agency. i have complained about 20 times, complaining since a month but no one looking after the problem.
moreover home delievery always takes about 3 months to materialise after booking.
pls look into the same

Indian Gas — Late Delivery Of LPG Cylinder

Dear Sir,
We with to inform you that we are resident of Rly.Qrts.No.113/4 Railway Colony, Raigarh (C.G.) and user of Indian gas on our area Raigarh gas Services of authorized for Indian gas (LPG domestic uses) Distribution.Our Consumer No.8043,booking date 15.11.2010,Expected deliver 30.11.2010.

But regret to inform you that till to day 12.01.2011 we have not received. We request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful if possible.

Dear Sir

Sir this is my complaint which I submitted now. I'm totally disappointed from your services.We have a connection of Indane Gas Agency (Indane Gas Agency) located at Moradabad. Problem is that the hawker didn't delivered the refill at home he said that I will not give refill at home, come to me and take the refill by standing in the queue. Now days we are facing a lot of problems from your bad services. I was booked the GAS ON 15-11-11 but we did not get the gas.The hawker said after booking the gas you get the gas with in 20 days. But According terms and condition after booking the gas we will get the gas with in 6 days but he refused me and misbehave also
Now I frustrated by this problem please give me positive response A.S.A.P

    This is for your information i have booked indian gas dtd 18/12/2010 now 27 days over but still we have not recived gas from indian gas.

    I HAVE BOOKED ON SUMITA GAS AGENCIES MY CONNCTION NO IS 31587 AND THEY ARE NOT GIVEN PROPER REPLY WHEN EVER I CALL THEY SAYS THAT IN 2 TO 3 DAYS YOU WILL GET BUT WE STILL NOT RECIVED.

    I AM WAITING FOR YOUR POSITIVE REPLY PLEASE DO NEEDFULL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

      Indian Oil — non receipt of lpg gas cylinder

      DEAR SIR,

      I HAVE PNG CONNECTION LAST 2 YEARS WITH ADANI GAS. I HAVE ALSO LPG CONNECTION, BUT SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS THEY ARE NOT GIVE LPG CYLINDER AND THEREAT
      TO SUBMIT CYINDER, I USE LPG FOR GAS GIJER FOR BATHS, I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS RULES

      Indian Oil Company — NON RECEIPT OF LPG CYLINDER

      I (GOUTAM DEY ) booked the cylinder on 15.09.2011 vide online booking no.279624.I got the message on 26.09.2011saying that cylinder will be delivered shortly vide cash memo no.22428 by sender message 544111. mobile No [protected]. I waited till 07/10/2011 and then gone personally to the shop. On seeing the message they have told that it will be delivered within day or two. On 16/10/2011I have received a message stating that my LPG cylinder have delivered on 15/10/2011.But the fact is I did not received any cylinder till date.
      My IOC, LPG connection is with Abhijit Enterprise, at Khardah vide connection no. 08802.

        On dated 14/01/2011 bill No. 701 we have prchased petrol from M/S Kanmani Service Station (Dealers of M/S Indian Oil Corporation) No. 1 Sydenhams Road, Choolai, Chennai - 600 112. with VAT TIN [protected]. for the amount of Rs. 200/- and found the less quantity out of 2.75 lts of petrol. Kindly take a note of this and take appropriate actioin.

          sir myself a customer of Indane gas agency.. sir in our locality gulbarga one agent is their for Indane gas by name Shreyans Agency.. The peoples working their behaving very rude and they are asking the resident proof for me everytime i ask them sylincer. eventhough i have provided them many times still they are asking.. so it is my humble request to the concerned department to take action against that agency...

            Res. Sir,

            I am the user of Indane LPG from Kharadi, Pune -14. My complaint is against Fernandez Enterprises Pune -14, we booked gas through SMS booking service from this agency on 31/12/10 & the entry has been recorded on Indane LPG website, but they dont entertain us, & use to say that it has been not down loaded to our computers & you need to book another new request for refill. Always people from the office told us the rule of 21 days as there is no such rule as per RTI guidelines. Mrs Fernandez and the staff belongging to her office are not cooperate at all.
            Most of the time they speak very rudly to us.

            The same incident was happened with us for lots of times.

            Please need your cooperation & take necessary action immediately to avoid these things in future for us & all Indane LPG users from this area.

              dear sir, we are regular consumer of IOC of NCL KAKRI Sonbhadra ( U.P) it is run by NCL Co-oprative, my consumer no is 1577 name B D Singh. My complane is that the booking is done by them after 30days and delevery after 10days means we will receive the cylinder after 40 to 50days for non- NCL Employ. Rule is different to NCL and Non Ncl Employ. Secondly they are not using Indsoft which is IOC sofware and not giving any bills to us. Not giving CNC discount. Opening of center time is there in borad but not been followed by them in time found closed wile visiting there. This I had made call to your IOC offical in mirzapur once but not taken any action and I had made call to him but mobile is not been picked by him any time. It is surprising to us.As we are the costumer of IOC not NCL.
              Kindly do the nessery steps because may more like me are facing same problems because there is no LPG office in Private other than NCL, Hindalco, Anpra Board, and so they are black marketing in pvt people.                 I am a customer of Popular Chemist (consumer number 23706) , Sunder Nagar. I don't get their phone number to book a LPG gas. I have started booking it on their auto number also but the cylinder doesn't come on time and I have to send somebody to their shop for followup, which is very difficult. Please let me know the easy and successful way for refilling the cylinder.

                pichle 2 mahino se mere ghar gas nahi aa rahi hai jiski shikayat karne mai kai baar gas office ja chuka hu, par sir wahan koi hamari shikayat sunta nahi hai, isliye mujhe ye mail likhna pada sir ap se recqust hai plz hamari help karein. shukria
                It is really painful to inform you the supply of lpg gas in solan city is horrible.our gas supplier M/S Vipul gas agency has un manageable consumers and for last three years I have never got home delivery and had to go to them to get the gas.The home delivery chain of h.p.gas is really good however in case of IOL the supply is very bad.Most of the time their phone is off the hook and it is really tough to contact them.I am Meena Barwal Consumer no15612.I booked my cylinder on 8th nov and I have not received gas till date despite of their assurance on17/11/2 /13 that the cylinder would be made available on the same day would the authority do help in this case.

                  My domestic gas cylinder registration no:2704 with MJV Indane Gas Agency.We have booked on 1st Dec 2010 but until 4th Jan 2011 gas was delivered.On enquiry I was told that the gas registration was cancelled due to delivery man Mr.Vellasamy was on vaction.I requested frequently and after great struggle it waas delivered on 7th Jan.

                  We tried to contact IOC through the website and could not reach since they have modified the website stating tha'" to dail just dial number.If you telephone Just dial,they are asking as our mobile number to send telephone number.If we ring this number, the IOC did not respond.These tactise all made to fool customers.
                  What we want is as follows:The Indane gas receipt should contain following telephone correct and genuine telephone numbers of 1.Particular company telephone number and emailId,2.IOC gas complaint officer number.3.Toll free telephone which is to be correct.The existinr Toll free number appeared inthe receipt[protected] is wrong.

                  I am booked for LPG cylinder on 16/9/2011 and booking no is 2284. till date i am not able to receive the cylinder, while we call the agencies office is always busy and if possible to get, the ready answer is wait for one week, or not respond.

                  This irregular supply of LPG is acting on for past few months.

                  I am having only one cylinder for myself and i need to deliver the right time after booking.

                  Please take some immediate action to sort out this issues.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, With reference to the consumer no.61030, booking no. 346914 dt. 5.11.11, till date (5.12.11) we have not received the refill cyclinder, when called the agent, they are giving us false information that we have given specific time to deliver, moreover my mother is 24x7 at home & the reason given cannot be accepted. We are running short of second cylinder, hence please deliver at top priority. Tks. Rathinam - [protected].
                  I Krishan Kumar want a small help from you, I was applied for two cylinders before two month in m/s Rajesh Gas Agencies in Madhvaram, and now after receiving this letter, and then I went in Rajesh Gas Agency office for make the payment of two cylinders, then they will inform to me that this letter is old you can’t take two cylinders, but in this letter clearly mentioned that I.O.C.L. provide two cylinders to me and each cylinders cost is rupees--1250/-+1250/-, but they are not ready to give the two cylinders, So, sir please help me and clear k how many cylinders provided to me from your side. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I wish to advise you that i am presently working at Mumbai. I have recently joined after getting transferred from Ahmedabad.
                    I was having Pipe Gas facility at my previous place so i did not have a gas connection. I was allotted company's flat at Nerul, Navi Mumbai. I contacted the nearest Indane Dealer, whose details are given below, for buying a new gas connection.

                    The dealer advised me the expenses and procedure for obtaining a new connection but to my utter surprise, i was also advised that Purchase of Gas Stove worth Rs 1800/- is compulsory. This is contrary to the company guidelines and also against MRTP, whose notice, is also incidently displayed at the above said dealers showroom. On asking the rationale of the notice displayed, i was advised that notice is old and defunct and shall be removed soon.



                    I request you to immediately intervene and take up the matter with the dealer.



                    I expect a suitable response from you at the earliest so that i shall be able to obtain a new connection.

                      I am customer of Indane gas, on 12 Dec. 2010 hawker of VIKRAMADITYA GAS AGENCIES, SHAHGANJ, AGRA supplied gas cylinder. The gas was leaking from cylinder. I had repeated complaints at the gas agency but the man came replace some gasket. But the gas was still leaking then agian I had complaints. Till taoday no one come from gas agency come. If any mishappening or accident then who is responsible.

                        Ref : (3) Indane Gas local (Indore) customer care No.[protected] not attending the calls:

                        Dear Sirs,

                        Indore Indane Agent: Sundaram Gas Company, 3116/E, Sudama Nagar, Indore (MP) is continuously perennially posing all sorts of mental tortures to Indane Domestic Gas customers by wantonly deliberately not supplying/delivering the refills for the past over two months. You may kindly consider this by the booking request given by me, as referred to above, on the 19th November 2010. This means it is already over 50 days that I am made to wait for (in fact, long for)????!!!! Many such customers are over 60 days due to be supplied with!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????

                        This gets proved by the newspaper articles regularly published by the local (Indore) newpapers, one of which had appeared in Nai Dunia, yesterday (9th), which may please be referred to (the previous one appeared was Sunday (2nd)). Also you may please refer to other such newspapers (Dainik Bhaskar-Indore), etc.

                        Even Indane Indore local customer care number, as referred to above, is not responded by. Meantime, there is no stoppage on selling through black-market for the price ranging from Rs 500/- to Rs. 750/- to Rs. 800/-. The black-marketers spread the fear of non-availability to continue through the legitimate way for good many months to come and that, the black-market purchase price will go over Rs. 1000/-.

                        It is for anybody's guess that, this agent is awaiting the expected price-increase to be announced by the Government, so does he do the clandestine stocking of the supplied refills by Indian Oil. Further, there should not be the denial that, he is selling the domestic refills to marriage gardens, other parties, three- & four-wheelers etc.

                        This is not the first time, this agent is doing such acts continuously since he has been entrusted with this agency by Indian Oil.

                        Indore Indane Agent: ANKUR Gas Company, 167, sceme no. 47 Sapna sangeeta, Indore (MP) is continuously perennially posing all sorts of mental tortures to Indane Domestic Gas customers by wantonly deliberately not supplying/delivering the refills for the past over 35 days. You may kindly consider this by the booking request given by me, as referred to above, I am made to wait for (in fact, long for)????!!! Many such customers are over 34 days due to be supplied with!!!????????

                        Even Indane Indore local customer care number, as referred to above, is not responded by. Meantime, there is no stoppage on selling through black-market for the price ranging from Rs 550/- to Rs. 650/- to Rs. 700/-. The black-marketers spread the fear of non-availability to continue through the legitimate way for good many months to come and that, the black-market purchase price will go over Rs. 800/-.

                        After knowing that a person resident in Chandigarh book their gas via net, i got registration and booked a refill for gas agency name Jai gas sector 40,my connection number is 24702 and gas booking number generated by the net which bis also called confirmation no. is. R[protected] dated 1, June 2011, but up till June 6 i did not recd gas, when i inquire the matter from Jai gas they told that there is no such facility is available for booking of gas via net.he told me that i need to book only via iv r,If there is no system why the net booking is opened,this is only harassing the consumer.so look in to matter and arrange to hounour net booking.

                        Indore Indane Agent: Sundaram Gas Company, 3116/E, Sudama Nagar, Indore (MP) is continuously perennially posing all sorts of mental tortures to Indane Domestic Gas customers by wantonly deliberately not supplying/delivering the refills for the past over two months. You may kindly consider this by the booking request given by me, as referred to above, on the 23 jan 2012 This means it is already over 30 days that I am made to wait for (in fact, long for)????!!! Many such customers are over 60 days due to be supplied with!!!????????



                        Even Indane Indore local customer care number, as referred to above, is not responded by. Meantime, there is no stoppage on selling through black-market for the price ranging from Rs 500/- to Rs. 750/- to Rs. 800/-.                         It is for anybody's guess that, this agent is awaiting the expected price-increase to be announced by the Government, so does he do the clandestine stocking of the supplied refills by Indian Oil. Further, there should not be the denial that, he is selling the domestic refills to marriage gardens, other parties, three- & four-wheelers etc.

                        This is not the first time, this agent is doing such acts continuously since he has been entrusted with this agency by Indian Oil.

                          I have booked for a LPG domestic cylinder refilling on 14.12.2010 which was delivered on 10.01.2011.

                          In the meantime my standby (second cylinder) also got exhausted on 03.01.2011 and consequently I tried to book for the second cylinder but the dealer refused to book as they informed me that unless I receive the previous one, no such booking will be taken.

                          After receiving the first cylinder (as mentioned above) they are still reluctant to book for the second cylinder and contradicting from their previous information. Now, they are conveying to wait for another 7 days to get my chance to book for the second cylinder.

                          It is needless to say, this exorbitant delay is too much for me to tolerate at this age of 72.

                          So, please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The agency is not giving proper service for last one year.

                          Indane Gas — Un sealed cylinders supply with delay

                          I am customer of Indane Gas from the last two years, the present distributer at Indira Nagar, Bangalore every time he is supplying unsealed cylenders and that too always 7 to 10 days delay. He is making artificial demand and encashing by removing some gas in the cylender. Please make an enquery and guide necessary action against him.

                          Now I am getting domestic LPG Gas cylinder in an unsealed condition at my home. My distributer is M/s. MANU FLAMES, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR, PRIYADARSHINI ROAD, ALUVA. ERNAKULAM DISTRICT, KERALA. During when I object to the person who is delivering this at my home (one Mr. Shihab) he is used to tell me that he is getting this as so from the above mentioned distributor in this condition and challenge me to complain. So I complained to the above mentioned distributor, but he is also saying such excuses.

                          I am very much worried of this condition of supply o[censored]nsealed cylinder as it is totally unsafe, also it is being used by my old mother at home.

                          Please take up this matter to those concerned or kindly let me know what to do rectify this practice.

                                My consumer no.82775 and I am a resident pallavpuram, meerut.M/s Shree Darshan Gas Services,MH49 Pallavpuram is the distributor for my connection. I have booked a cylinder on 20.12.2010.But i have'nt get delivery yet. I have been trying to contact the said agency from last Four days for Delivery of the gas. but The tel. nos. provided by them ([protected]) is not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been Delievered yet. On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem . Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that. we are able to get gas Delivery On Time. You may appreciate the precious time and effort already lost by me in this regard.

                                  I am here to complaint about the indain oil petrol pumps which are in Durg chattisgarh . When i had gone to these following petrol pumps which are given below. They didnt uses there petrol meters to fill the petrol, when i said them to use the meter to fill the petrol then they didnt listen to me and given me the petrol without using the meters and they given me the petrol worth rupees 99.70 instead of 100 rupees.It happends whenever i go to these petrol pumps . 1). indian oil petrol pump near the govt. science and arts college ,Durg Chattisgarh
                                  2).indian oil petrol pump at near the aishwarya automobile, Bhilai (c.g.)
                                  3). indian oil petrol pump at near the Durg Nagpur highway which is newly opened .

                                    Bad language, not listning to customers, not delivering gas on time, seems like a regular practice by Indane dealers. I have read lot of compliants on this portal only. Across the country Indane Dealers follow the same pattern "CUSTOMER IS A FOOL> TREAT THEM BAD" i am disappointed.

                                    Any way My consumer no. is 1063. Haven't got my gas celinder even after booking the same 15 days back. Gas Agency "ROBERTS GANJ GAS AGENCY", ROBERTS GANJ, SONEBHADRA, 231216. is known for bad behavior and not delivering on time

                                      I am a customer of Golden Gas service (Agency responsible for distribution of Indane / Indian Oil cylinders located at Palam Vyapar Kendra, Ansal Palam Vihar, Gurgaon - 122017) for the last 10 years. My consumer No. is GD - 4770. I had booked for refill cylinder on 23.12.2010 and at the time of booking I was told that the same shall be delivered within 12 days from the booking date. Till date I have not recived the refilled cylinder. Since 7th January 2011, myself and my wife have visited the Golden Gas service / agency several times in this connection. The lady at the agency counter always promisess that refilled cylinder will be delivered to day itself but with great pain and grief I state that till now the result is zero. This has become a regular feature. There is a deficiency in services of Golden Gas Agency and strict action may be initiated so as to put an end to common man's sufferring.

                                      I am a consumer of LPG WITH Lal Enterprises, Shop no. 75, Sector-8, Faridabad (+[protected], with consumer No LT-4856 which is IOCL AGENCY. I have been issued DBC double bottle connection.

                                      The purpose of DBC has been to avoid refilling problem. For the more than two year, Lal Enterprises is refusing to book the refill till 25 days are over after last refill is supplied making me to physically count 25 days in the kitchen for BOOKING.

                                      Secondly, I fail to understand the sanctity of Double Bottle Connection provided to cease and desist from the malaise of timely supply of LPG.

                                      Over & above, I tried to call upon the responsible IOCL representative Mr. U.S. Maurya (+91-[protected]), he never pick-up his mobile which means he is totally ignorant & careless towards the customers.

                                      This month I booked the refill after 25 days on 8-Jan-2010 and the refill was only delivered on 16-Jan-2010 after several follow-ups.

                                      I request you to let me have the DBC SANCTITY and ideology of refusing even booking upto 25days - no point in quoting bureaucratic clauses - consumer focus may please be explained as you have professioanlly kept this type of access to a consumer.

                                      I expect some action from your end and appropriate feedback.

                                        There's an Indian Oil Petrol & Diesel filling station in Guduvanchery , Chennai...
                                        There , they're not filling the petrol for the amount we pay... Once , I was blushed by not bringing the meter to zero after filling petrol for the previous customer... The previous customer filled 1 litre , i asked him to put 2 litres in mine... He just diverted me asking to switch off the petrol knob in my vehicle (which was already switched off) when i saw down for checking for it , i found it was already switched off and in seconds he showed the metre as 2 litres and took the money from me... When i asked how come he filled 2 litres in minor seconds , he some how managed and soon after that the workers there just somehow ignored me taking the money... I found out that he had not reversed the meter to zero only when i saw my bike coming reserve in few kilometer's after i crossed the bunk... Now , many customers are getting petrol filled in bottles and fill it in the vehicles in front of them , knowing that such scam is often taking place in that bunk... It would be good if this is stopped , as many in my area have no other petrol bunk such near like this bunk...
