[Resolved]  IPLT20 — IPL ticket not delivered to me

Same happened to me.. not sure who to contact..

we will definitely need the tickets to enter the stadium.

Same is the case with me. I dont know what to do now...

This is so annoying. I bought the tickets 3 weeks back and still no courier. The match is tomorrow dont know what to do?

Hey... Finally i cud contact ticketgenie after 4 hours of hardwork... They said tickets will be dispatched today, so will get it by tomorrow.. lets see.. Fingers crossed

I have Purchased 8 IPL ticket for 13 March 2010 match from www.ticketgenie.in. and paid extra 60 rupees for the courior services. I have tried contacting its customer care and banglore office but the number given on the site seems to be wrong .

what should i do for this ..

Same with me. I have booked ticket on 22nd Feb for 15th March ticket. Today its 11th March and still tickets not received.

If anybody not receives the ticket, please log a case to www.core.nic.in

I have booked Ticket for IPL mumbai match 2 week back using iplt20.com through Though It claims the ticket to be delivered within 3 days . a but after more than 2 week i have not recieved the tickets.

I am not sure if I show the online recipt and the ID CARD, I WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE MATCH.

I have tried caling the given customer care no[protected], 38 but no one pick up.

they said they have no information

i have been calling bluedart again & again...
finally they gave me 11 digit way bill no.
once i got way bill no.i went to bluedart website to check status of courier.

bluedart tells you exactly when ticket will be deliver at you address.
they also give option to collect tickets from their offices.
you can go their with ID-proof & collect courier.
I am leaving for bluedart office in couple of hours.
once i get it i will mail back.

THEY HAVE WRITTEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED 3 DAYS BEFORE THE MATCH.BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS THE WORST. NO BODY RESPONDS TO CALLS AND MAILS. I TOO WANT TO CHANGE MY TICKET DELIVERY ADDRESS BUT I DON'T KNOW IF SOME BODY WILL REPLY TO MY REGULAR CALLS AND MAILS

IPL T20 — TICKETS

I have purchased 6 Tickets for IPLt20 of Rs.2500/- each for the date 12/03/2010 on the name of H.C.Kataria. The amount of Rs.15060/- got deducted from my credit card account ( ICICI Bank. Cr.No. [protected]) but there was an error for the receipt of the transaction.
In continuation of my previous booking, mentioned abovel, I'd once again booked 2 tickets for the same details below, i.e. 2 Tickets of Rs.2500/- each for the date 12/03/2010 on the name of H.C.Kataria. The amount of Rs.5060/-.

Once again The amount of Rs.5060/- got deducted from my credit card account ( ICICI Bank. Master Card No. [protected]) but there was an error (1:T:111504) for the receipt of the transaction, I again didn't receive any acknowledgement for my booking, even though the payment is already been deducted./

I didn't get any tickets nor any information about the refund.

I had booked ipl tickets before 15 days for the match of 15th March. But still i have not recieved my tickets. Tried calling customer care but no response from them. I think this should be the first & last time, i would go if tickets are delivered.

Did any1 get the tickets??? I am frustrated & no idea what to do next. Can any1 give me a suggestion.

match..there has to be somebosy answerable for the mess!!

As mentioned in some of the posts here, try calling
[protected] number for bangalore venue tickets. I dont have numbers for other venues but they can provide you with those i guess.
