[Resolved]  Irctc — APPEAL FOR RE-OPEN TDR FILE AND REFUND MONEY

Dear Sir
I have filed a TDR (Regretted by IRCTC) for the below mentioned Details
TDR Date: 22.05.2012
Transaction ID: [protected]
PNR No.: [protected]
Train No: 13141 From SEALDAH to JALPAIGURI ROAD
Passenger: 3
Date of Journey: 20.05.2012
Reason: One ticket was in RAC, Second and third was in Waiting. I filed TDR for all passengers did not travel in the train.
But now TDR status is saying Regretted.
I am facing financial problems due to non-acceptance of my genuine claim. I filed my claim in May 2012 and this is March 2013, such a long time for claim processing and finally denying the claim has caused lots of financial pressure on me.
My claim is genuine and not a single person was travel that day, 1 ticket was RAC and other 2 tickets were waiting list.
Please help me to re-Open my TDR file & Refund My amount

IRCTC — TDR Refund Denial

Please note that I am being denied the refund of my e-tickets which couldn't be confirmed on 6th March 2012.

The PNR number of the ticket is [protected] and it contained 6 passengers. However, once the chart prepared only 1 passenger got confirmed and others remained in W/L category. So, none o[censored]s travelled on 6th March 2012.

I filed TDR then and I'm getting the following reply from Railways. There must be some confusion so request to verify as all wait listed tickets get cancelled automatically and money refunded to the account and moreover noone travelled on the said PNR and as such there is no need to surrender anything to Railways. There is no one responding on the number mentioned and at the same time, no one picking up the phone as mentioned in the mail from irctc. I've paid an amount in excess of Rs 5200/- for 6 tickets on the this PNR.

Dear sir,

I booked my ticket with PNR no:[protected], Transaction ID: [protected], and reference No:ekt[protected], Train No: 22824/AC 3Tier, booking date: 29/02/2012, journey date: 11/04/2012.

I got my ticket partially confirmed with 2 of the tickets as waiting. Since i knew that waiting E Tickets are cancelled automatically, so the two passengers did not travel. I did filed TDR but they regreted the same without citing any reason. And now i thought to refile it so they dont have that option.

So You are requested to Re-open my T.D.R Filed case refund my Amount as soon as possible/immediately or assist for the same.

Today I came to know that status for the above TDR is TDR Repudiated.

While filing TDR, by mistake I wrongly selected the reason. At that time, I am not able to edit the TDR. Actually on the journey day, Passengers were not travelled due to health problem. Please kindly reopen the TDR and update the reason .
And also refund the amount.

Please do the needful.

Train No: 01116 From MAU JN to LOKMANYATILAK
Passenger: 4
Date of Journey: 11.06.2017
Reason: I filed TDR for difference of fare as passenger travelled in lower class
But now TDR status is saying Regretted. i asked TC for obtain certificate but TC told me no need often certificate because the train starting from 3AC from Gorakhpur
I am facing financial problems due to non-acceptance of my genuine claim. I filed my claim in June 2017 and this is September 2017, such a long time for claim processing and finally denying the claim has caused lots of financial pressure on me.
My claim is genuine and not a single person was travel that day in second AC 2A we travel Third AC 3AC From Mau jn to lokmanyatilak, my ticket was confirmed (second AC 2A)
Please help me to re-Open my TDR file & Refund My amount
