Hi,
I purchased a railway Ticket by Debit Card through the net. During payment, an error in the net occurred but the money already had been deducted as follows:

Complaint has been set up then and then to care @irctct.co.in and requested for money transfer but no money returned but said to ref [IRCTC #6131134]…..Double payment made… for future correspondence.
