IRCTC — Tatkal quota

My complaint is regarding Tatkal quota for train No. 2943 (Udyogkarmi Express. I was planning to book tatkal ticket from Bhopal to Kanpur on 25 may 2010 as train schedule was on 27/5/2010. On 24 when checked the status, I was surprised to that only 4 seat were left at 5.00 pm.

When I logged in IRCTC to book my ticket, site showed to check the date of booking.

How it is possible? I have saved the webpage for future reference which showing the date, time, server name ...etc.
If needed I can send the saved page also.

Hi,
I don't know whether this is a kind of government segment issue or what, but if you are able to get ticket easily in tatkal quota, then that is a achievement now days,
at 9:59 i see 86 tickets available and right after 2 minutes server got hanged.. when it comes back i see waiting list of 10 numbers.
How can anyone book tickets if the server is hanged

Any justification ?
