[Resolved] Irctc — TDR Refund pending since 4 Month

Respected Group General Manager-1/Eastern Zone (IRCTC) Kolkatta, I have booked a ticket from IRCTC Web Site on 21-Aug-08 for Faluknama Exp Train No 2704. My PNR No. is [protected], Date of Journey is 26-Sep-2008. As the train was Cancelled, I fieled a TDR for that. And Now the status of the TDR is ADMIN APPROVED. Still now I am waiting for the Refaund. I am wondering IRCTC does a very large scale business and Its Bank report shows it has already done trancation in this fiscal year INR [protected]. Please refund the amount which is pending from last 10 months !!!

TDR Filing Date :28-Apr-2009

Dear IRCTC,

I had applied for TDR on 28.04.2009 for the PNR number PNR Number

[protected] Booked On[protected] with Transaction ID [protected]

Where-in none of the passenger traveled or boarded the train

While checking the status in TDR history section, the TDR status is

showing as ADMIN Approved but still haven't received the refund yet

Kindly request you to process the refund as early as possible
