[Resolved]  Irctc — 7 tickets booked in tatkal

Dear Sir,

I was trying to book a train ticket in TATKAL from Chennai to Mysore on 20th June 2009, the IRCTC site was showing page cannot be displayed error & due to my consceutive tries to the site i ended up booking 7 TATKAL tickets & at aroung 3:30 p.m on 18th june 2009, when i checked my e-mail i was surprised that the tickets have been booked & i immediately mailed IRCTC to cancel the 6 tickets & not to charge me the amount for the same as it was the site down error & not from my side...But till now till 6:30 P.M i have no mail confirmation mail,

i was booked a ticket in tatkal from vijayawada to bangalore (sheshadri express) on10.11.09 date of jurney was 11.10.09. after that i was not travelled in that train, so i cancelled that ticket. so how much money i will get and how many day its take.
