Irctc — duduction of money from my sbi debit card

during booking of the e-ticket of railway reservation from nagpur to to delhi for 16 august on 23 june but due to some tech. problem page has been expired and my money is debited from my account of state bank of india acc. no.[protected]. but ticket is not booked.plese refund my money. Dear sir,

Yesterday i, e, on 7-7-09 at about 18.30 to 1845 when i was attempting to purchase E'ticket for 13-7-09 from New jalpaiguri to Sealdah 2344 Darjeeling Mail in the of (1)Ajoy Chaudhuri Male-55 No.(2) S Chaudhuri Female-48 in Sleeper Class from my a/c registered as rambabukc in the name Tridip Neogi but no ticket has been booked only few remarks were visible where as Rs.521.00 from my sbi debit card bearing no.[protected] has been deducted.Please arrange refund or otherwise
