[Resolved] Irctc — Refund under process even after 4 months since TDR is filed | |
It is been almost 4 months since I filed TDR request for PNR [protected] and PNR [protected], but yet to get the refund. As the train had changed it’s route on the journey day due to strike in Jharkhand (protest against naxal activities), we had to cancel the journey. I called the Customer Care for many times, sent follow up mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in, but there’s no response. In my case, its not 4 months but, I have my TDR status the same and could not get the amount back.
