[Resolved]  Irctc — Ticket Status Problem [IRCTC #937698]

Respected Sir/Madam,
I was Booking a ticket today from your website today i.e. www.irctc.co.in when i selected the train in which i prefered to travel & checked it's availability then it displayed available status but as i planned my ticket & made payment the ticket that was generated was of Waiting List.But when i checked the status again then it was the same as before that is Available.i have taken a screenshot of that & it's enclosed in the attachement within this mail.i request you to have a look at that.i'm providing you more details of the ticket that i booked today.

Also,earlier today i booked 3A Ticket on the same train but i had to cancel it because of the same reason,the show availability option was showing Available but as i booked the ticket it was WL & again when i checked it,it was showing the same available status.here are the details of that ticket as well

i have a screenshot of that as well.if you demand it,i can mail it to you.
Now,as a passenger it's not my fault because i double checked it before booking & verified it after as well.Therefore, i urge you to look into this matter & provide proper jurisdiction to me.

How is it possible that i booked the ticket & still after that the site is showing availability on this train??
PS: I've sent this email to IRCTC couple of times but they didn't replied any..
I need answers..

THIS IS A COMPLAINT REGARDING WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN BY YOUR CALL CENTER 139 ABOUT THE TRAINS ARRVAL TIME YOUR EXECUTIVE STATED THAT TRAIN NO 2168 WAS 1th 30min LATE BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS ONLY 25mint LAT DUE WHICH ABT 150 FAMILIES SUFFERED BY NOT REACHING THEIR DESTINATION ON TIME REGARDING THE ABOVEMISTAKE REPORTED A COMPLAINT AT STATION JABALPUR 27/02/10 COMPLAINT NO.002691 NO IS SO THIS IS A REQUSTT FROM THE CUSTOMER TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE MISTAKE N PROVIDE US THE COMPENSATION DUE YOUR MISTAKE
