It always beeing observed that service will gone unavilable for online ticket booking from 8 AM to 9 PM when tatkal booking beeing start. Due to this type of service, I loose my important work at my native place .IRCTC should provide us feedback on the matter. Was this information helpful? | |

I with my family traveled to Hubli last week. While returning back in Garib Rath express in 3 tier AC compartment on (3rd May 09) we had to face lots of problem. There was no TT. Nobody came to check the tickets. We were not provided any pillow or blanket as per the rules. AC was very low. The seating arrangement was not as per ticket. In the ticket it was mentioned as 2 seats lower berth and one middle berth. But when we boarded the train we found that the seat numbers were same but one was middle and two were upper berth. I would like to suggest the concerned authorities to please take necessary action and see that the berths are provided according to the seating arrangements of the train. In our case it is ok. But in case if any aged persons are traveling and if they are misguided (i.e. in ticket it is mentioned as lower berth but provided upper berth) what should they do?

I am really fedup from this site. This site is always showing Service Unavailable especially from 8A.M. to the time upto when Tatkal Quota is not over. If you people cannot provide facility, then why are you cheating the public by making wrong promises. All this started happening especially from the time of Mamta Banerjee. If we paying extra money also for Tatkal Quota, then what & where is the problem???
