Irctc — CONTRADICTORY ADVICE | |||
I was treated as travelling without ticket by the TTE because my age and that of my wife got reversed by mistake while booking eticket. As we were travelling on SMS message where age is not given, I was not aware about and it came to notice when TTE was checking the POI. He charged full fare i.e. Rs.580.00 each and also Rs.250.00 as penalty for each ticket, for which he issued a EFT and alloted us the same berths. As I was not sure whether I can file online TDR, I took up the matter with customer care IRCTC by sending email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in along with scanned copy of all documents. The reply from [protected]@irctc.co.in was that i cannot file TDR and reply from [protected]@irctc.co.in was that they would process for TDR and asked me to send the original EFT. This contradiction from the same agency has left me confused. I would like that a clear advice should be given to a clear question, instead of confusing the customers. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER I CAN FILE TDR ONLINE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES OR NOT. NK DUTTA Was this information helpful? | |||

The flushing systems in that coaches were not at all usable by the passengers as the sufficient water is not comes out to flush.
the system provided is button pressing as 90% are unaware how to use the flushing system.
as this train is always highly crowded May i request your kind attention to look in to this and do some thing so that we can travel happily.
