It is very disappointing that your department is not providing the service and facility
as mentioned in the etickets. I booked etickets on 11-07-12 for my relative from my account

Boarding station : New Delhi
Reservation upto : Tirunelveli
But when he board the train he was asked to sit in 3 AC and there is no repayment of extra
cost levied by me till now from your department.
Kindly pay attention to this and remunerate the requisite amount.
